Jill has been practicing yoga since 2007 and it has become part of her daily life. She started yoga with the suggestion of her doctor who she was seeing for anxiety and panic attacks. Jill had been suffering for years from anxiety and did not believe in taking anti-depressants to ease her pain...she wasn't depressed! She signed up for her first class at Prana Yoga and Dance Studio and was instantly hooked. The peace that was felt within after her first practice was indescribable! It healed her. Since the day she stepped foot into Prana, she knew that this magnificent thing that she had just discovered would be a part of her life forever. It was love at first savasana! Jill has been anxiety free for 6 years now thanks to the practice of yoga!
Since yoga has changed her life so much, she wanted to bring that experience into other people's lives as well. Jill wanted to do yoga everyday, with everyone, for the rest of her life. She enrolled in Joy & Service Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hours in January of 2011 and became a Certified Yoga Teacher through Prana Yoga and Dance Studio and a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance in November 2011. Jill had the honor of learning from some amazing teachers in the Cleveland area; Kathleen Kossman, Rowan Silverberg, and Holly Clemens. Jill is also a Certified Herbalist, certified through the Parma Hospital Learning Center. She teaches in the style of Vinyasa and works passionately with children, prenatal women, anxiety and depression sufferers, bariatric surgery patients, amputees, athletes, eating disorder recovery patients, seniors, beginners and intermediates. Jill opened and ran her own yoga studio, Lily White Yoga in Strongsville, Ohio in 2011 and taught there for a year. Then she decided that she'd rather be spreading the love of yoga throughout the Cleveland area instead of trying to run her own business. She still teaches private yoga practice through Lily White Yoga, bringing yoga to the privacy of your home, but has branched out to many other locations as well. She currently is teaching a variety of yoga classes including Beginners, Yoga by Candlelight, Intermediate, Hot Yoga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal, and Yoga Basics at Yoga Central Strongsville, PURE Health & Fitness, Synergy Sports Massage, LLC, Strongsville Recreation Center, Brunswick Recreation Center, XPE Sports, The Reiki Shop, Core Cognitions and previously taught at Westside Yoga Studio before they closed in June 2013.
Jill loves her practice, how it makes her feel, the way it makes her feel about others and the world, and how it continues to change her life each day!

Rob is a Colorado native, musician, poet, artist, fitness junkie, and explorer of Ancient Celtic wisdom traditions. During most of the 80's he studied at Naropa Institute in Boulder Colorado for World Music Instruction and Cultural/Folklore studies. Didn't take an interest in Yoga, until around 14 years ago, being involved in a car accident to show the importance Yoga and in saving his health.
Rob is a certified instructor through Yoga Alliance since 2006 with ESA Personal Training and Mat Pilates certifications and also focused in Kettle Bell instruction since 2009. Rob is always walking through various learning transformations with yoga practices. Focusing on the ideology and practices of Pilate’s with the mixture of Shadow, Forrest, Anusara yoga practices in a Vinyasa format. Wanting to share that power and beauty with everyone to enjoy the taste of an ageless bottle of mead that was sent down by the Gods and Goddesses.
Rob also created the “Principles of Earth Lore Yoga,” based on the principles of Stonehenge because its history, legends, and architectural design center around strong foundations with core, and balance. It’s important to him to be very supportive and leaving No-One behind giving that person to be able come away from class with a positive experience in the total mind and body workout.
For the past few years he has focused on specialty classes such as Animal Guide Power Vinyasa, Blind Folded Yoga, Pilates Fusion, and Iron Bar Yoga. In 2012, he also created “Pagan Asanas” in which will take you through journeys with the Legends of the Ancients and guiding you through Animals Spirit Guides and Fairy Folk in a Power Vinyasa format and in 2011, created “Iron Clad Salutations” (Kettle Bell Yoga) for the ultimate Power Yoga experience with the enhancement of International sounds of World and Pagan Music will carry one’s experience in re-connecting back to our internal awareness with the Mother Earth.
Beth grew up in Valley City, Ohio, and went to Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She then worked in child care and for non-profits. Since getting married and having her two beautiful daughters, she became more and more educated about diet and exercise. She took up Jazzercise, weightlifting, and yoga which helped her to lose the weight she had previously gained in her 20’s. While mostly being an at home mom, she also worked as a childbirth instructor, and in child care. Beth loves that yoga poses are such a different form of exercise from anything else, and that the meditation part of yoga helps you to have a more peaceful mind. She definitely believes in teaching yoga as a mind-body discipline. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2013, specializing in children’s yoga, prenatal yoga and general hatha yoga classes.

Laura has long been passionate about kids. Not so much about paperwork! After 31 years as a special education instructor with the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities, followed by several years with the Strongsville School System, she’d had about as much paperwork as one career will allow. So she retired, but she just can’t stop feeding that passion for helping kids. Laura began taking yoga classes regularly in 2010 and found that yoga helped ease stress and helped her to remain calm and centered. She loved the way it made her feel. In 2012 she became certified to teach yoga to children through the Child Light Yoga organization and now teaches a variety of age groups from young tots with their moms up to middle school aged children. Yoga has been found to be beneficial for children with ADHD or on the autism spectrum, helping these children to calm themselves and to develop the ability to focus. Laura incorporates music, stories, games and visualization in her classes while teaching a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques. Laura has been able to pair her classroom teaching experience with her yoga training in order to teach children of all abilities.
